will be invoiced. Payment terms are Net 10 of invoice receipt.

Rates are given in US Dollars. Payments must be made in US Funds by
check drawn on a North American Bank (USA or Canada) or a US Funds Money Order.

ads canceled after insertion has begun.

Advertiser warrants that it holds or
has obtained copyright/trademark releases or other approvals to
showcase information provided to Franchise
& Chain Store Resources.

Advertiser agrees to indemnify and
hold harmless Franchise & Chain
Store Resources from any claims resulting from
advertiser's material or use of Franchise
& Chain Store Resources web site.

any warranties, including implied warranties for merchantability and
title or fitness for a particular purpose.
