| Step 1 |
We provide you with a comprehensive Questionnaire that we ask you to complete. This will give us all the basics that every listing site requests as well as all the detailed information that some sites desire. You only fill in the information you want to publish.

| Step 2 |
Once we have received your completed questionnaire, we begin to review all the listing sites with your information. If the current information on a site is incomplete, erroneous, or not up-to-date, we resubmit all your information to bring the listing up to date. If your company is not listed at all, we submit all the required information and then follow up to insure an accurate listing.

| Step 3 |
We track all of our initial information, changes, and submissions and provide you with a complete report within 6 weeks. The report shows site name, initial status, changes requested, follow up date, and current status.

| Step 4 |
Every 45-60 days we review all sites and verify your information is available and accurate. We notify you only if there are problems or changes requested.

| Step 5 | If your
information changes, we ask you to complete a modified questionnaire
and update only the information that has changed.
We then start the process all over again from step 1 and provide updated reports for you. |
